“In high school, I was given one of the greatest opportunities of my life through the Rotary Youth Exchange. With no choice in where I would go, I was selected to spend a year in Poland, and that experience completely changed my life.

"Of course, the travel and cultural experiences were incredible, but what impacted me most was the community Rotary created around me. The guidance, support, friendships, service, and connections I gained before, during, and after my exchange shaped who I am today and broadened my perspective on the world in ways I’ll forever be grateful for. Rotary gave me confidence, independence, lifelong relationships, and a deeper understanding of people and community across the globe.
