This week's information is about our club fundraiser, the Puttin' in the Pines golf tournament. 

We have 80 golfers and 36 hole sponsors for this year's event! The Golf Committee has been working hard for this first year to be a success.

Here is a listing of information about the tournament and luncheon afterwards.

1. August 2, 2021 at Flagstaff Ranch. 8am shotgun start
2. 7am Breakfast will be burritos. 
3. Finley is providing 2 cars for the par 3 greens.
4. The club beverage cart will be on the course.
5. The Rotary and Northland Hospice signage will be around the clubhouse.
6. The pro shop will be in charge of the scoreboard.
7. We will allow payment for golfers on the event day.
8. Pepsi is providing clubhouse banners.
9. There will be a utility cart drive by volunteer with water with a Kinney sign.
10. The ‘grab and go’ table will have energy bars, Gatorade and water on it. 
11. The club will provide two bottles of water per golfer on the cart.
12. There will not be additional games such as mulligan / gimme sticks in 2021
13. There will not be additional golfer registration on the day of the event.

14. There will be hospice information setup in the lunch room.
15. Tonya and Kathy Simmons of Northland Hospice will be the welcome speaker before golf, and Eric W will be the emcee at the luncheon.
16. Lunch to be taco bar.  US Foods is donating lunch.
17. There will be a recognition sheet for each table thanking our sponsors
18. There will not be a silent auction for 2021.

19. Sponsor signage to be at the Five Start Printing shop by Thursday July 15^th.
20. Thursday prior to the event (7/29) the signs are to be at Flag Ranch pro shop with Mark
21. We will not take donations from the Green cross companies
22. RI liability insurance coverage will be used. 
23. Club accounts have been set up to track the golf income, expenses and the associated liability account.
24. Northland Hospice is donating advertising spot for the tournament.
25. Pepsi is providing banners, Gatorade, and water for players.  It has also donated a year of Starbucks and a year of Pepsi products.
26. Hospice volunteers will include the dog greeter
27.  The club gate will have a listing of the golfers that are playing.  The volunteers and Rotary members just need to identify themselves as such.
28. Pay Pal payments are available.
