MVD Customer Service Enhancements

Good morning. I'd like to offer my services as a speaker at at upcoming Rotary meeting. I work for ADOT MVD and we're doing quite a bit to improve customer service at all our offices. We've seen some real positive changes at the Flagstaff location over the past several months and I'd love to share some of what we're doing. Please let me know.
